Subscription Requirements

The Subscriber/Advertiser herby authorizes ETHNIC VISION INC, owners of THE ENTREPRENEURIAL NETWORK and all its media products to insert advertising and company information based on subscription details.
Subscriber/Advertiser agrees that ETHNIC VISION INC has the right to limit, refuse or delay insertions of any advertisement and reserves the right to place an advertisement in areas based on availability unless otherwise stated in writing.
The Subscription form serves as a contract and may not be cancelled by the subscriber following non-publication of any material due to non-delivery of advertising material since the subscriber/advertiser undertakes to provide required material within submission deadline indicated by ETHNIC VISION INC.
The subscriber/advertiser agrees that ETHNIC VISION INC shall not be liable for damages to an advertisement beyond the amount paid for the advertising space or subscription package and providing those perceived damages resulted out of poor printing or broadcasting.
Subscriber/Advertiser agrees to assume full responsible for the content of its ads and undertakes to indemnify ETHNIC VISION INC from any legal liability of whatever nature that may arise out of any unsolicited material contained in its advertisement.
ETHNIC VISION INC reserves the right to revise the subscription/advertising rates at any time upon thirty (30) days written notice, and all contracts and insertion orders shall be subject to this condition.
In relations to consumer subscriptions all consumers must abide by the terms of usage of the website.

Subscription Refund Policy

  • All subscriptions to The Entrepreneurial Network (TEN) are considered final and can only be cancelled if no resources are utilized and advertising placed.
  • Subscriptions can be deferred to a maximum of two years before forfeiting the full subscription payment.
